2. Service Description

Outline Clips connects brands running content campaigns with clippers who create and submit short-form clips promoting them:

Campaign Management

• Brands create and manage campaigns
• Clippers submit clips for campaign participation
• Track bounty and earnings by campaign
• Admin review and approval on every submission

Social Account Verification

• Connect YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X accounts
• Verify account ownership via profile bio codes
• Manual admin review where automated checks aren't available

Payments

• Add a bank account or crypto payout method
• Earnings calculated from approved, view-verified clips
• Payouts sent to the account or address you provide

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you have certain responsibilities and obligations:

Account Security

• Maintain accurate account information
• Keep login credentials secure
• Notify us of unauthorized access
• Use strong, unique passwords

Content Guidelines

• Only submit social accounts and clips you own or have rights to
• Comply with each platform's own guidelines
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Avoid harmful or illegal content

Platform Usage

• Use services in accordance with these terms
• Respect other clippers, brands, and their content
• Report violations or abuse
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations

Payout Accuracy

• Provide accurate bank or crypto payout details
• Keep payout information up to date
• Understand that we are not liable for funds sent to details you provided incorrectly

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our platform:

Illegal Activities

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Engage in fraudulent activities

Fraud & Manipulation

• Submitting a social account you do not own or control
• Faking, inflating, or manipulating view counts
• Submitting duplicate or unrelated clips against a campaign
• Attempting to manipulate clip approvals or payouts

System Abuse

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with platform operations
• Use automated tools to access services
• Reverse engineer or decompile software

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our platform are owned by Outline Motion and protected by intellectual property laws:

Our Rights

• Platform software and code
• User interface and design
• Trademarks and logos
• Documentation and materials

Your Content

• You retain ownership of the clips and content you submit
• You grant us a license to display and process your submissions
• You are responsible for having rights to what you submit
• We may remove content that violates these terms

License Grant

• Limited license to use our platform
• Non-exclusive and non-transferable
• Subject to these terms and conditions
• Revocable at any time

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outline Motion's liability is limited as follows:

Service Availability

• Services provided "as is" without warranties
• No guarantee of uninterrupted service
• May experience downtime for maintenance
• Third-party platform integrations may fail

Views & Payouts

• No liability for indirect or consequential damages
• No liability for lost profits or view-count discrepancies
• Total liability limited to fees paid, where applicable
• Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations

Third-Party Services

• Not responsible for third-party social platforms
• Platform changes may affect view tracking or verification
• API changes are beyond our control
• Use third-party services at your own risk
